Our Craft

Two textures, one standard.

Shrikhand and matho share a kitchen at Galpan Gadh, but never a shortcut. Curd is hung and strained the traditional way, sweetened by hand, and finished in flavours from plain creamy to kesar-pista and our own Special Galpan Gadh blend.
